Wrong price on Carnival Greatsword
If you buy the Carnival Greatsword with Festival Vouchers, it is significantly cheaper than other 2h weapons. See screenshot. Might become an issue in 7 days when people collected 10 vouchers.
My question is: Mal! Why don’t you have 120 gold in your wallet? What did you spend it on?
Thanks for posting about it (I didn’t even notice the availability of the vouchers before) and it’s something they should be able to fix within a week.
FYI the vouchers cost 10,500 karma each. 10 vouchers reduces the price of weapons by 10g (off-hand), 20g (main hand), or 30g (two-hand).
For those interested in the weapons, that’s a savings of 10-30g per 105,000 karma, which translates to 9.5-28.5 silver/thousand-karma. For reference, the most popular karma-to-gold conversion techniques range from 8 silver (cloth garrison gloves) to ~20 silver (beaded weapons) to 50-100 silver (unID spectrum-specific dyes) and so on.
In other words, it’s a decent conversion rate if you like the skins, especially for the two-handed ones.
