Wurmslayer’s Ascended Armor is an ascended quality armor dropped by Great Jungle Wurm boss. However, it cannot be put in the Forge to use the recipe to change stats. I believe it is not intended as Tequatl’s Hoard weapons do not have this issue. I hope someone can look into this problem. Thank you for your attention.

You can only forge items where actually an item with the stats you wanted exists.
Wurmslayers stuff only exists with one given set of stats, so you can’t change them.

In the end its more like an exchange .. throw in the white sword, get back the red one.

beldin that is wrong. ppl dont apear to have issues with shoulders, also as far as i know all ascended weapons from tequatl have no issues what so ever. patch notes do not specify what kind of ascended weapon/armour u can change stats to. the only exemption are the trinkets and rings. so get your facts strait. wurm head and hand items seem to have a bug, which does not make them visible in the forge. also, why are you talking about stats that dont exist? berserkers stats exist. knights stats exist. also, for your info, and i understand if u never got them before, wurm slayer armour exists with 3 given possible stats. knight, carrion and smth else i belive. so no idea what you ment by stats dont exist, would like a clarification.

also, first thread opened 4 days ago, so this is the 3rd so far ive seen up here. hope they notice things soon
