Was finished recording a video i was doing and ported back to the darkhaven borderkeep and came across this.

So no Info if whether this is a Bug/Glitch/Hack/Exploit?

It is exploit of a hack. You should send support a ticket reporting ToS/EULA violation. Report should contain detailed description, link to that video and his account name (they wont transcribe it from video for some reason).
