Second time in less than two weeks the WVW daily not rewarding, today on map capped three towers and defend at least 3 but no reward given. Also the reward tick seems to be taking longer than 5 minutes. Previous time this happened it was camps that didn’t reward they eventually rewarded some time during my WVW session of 4 hours but not within the first 30 minutes. Not rewarded at all today.

Again with no recognition for keep caps getting to be a regular thing now

I’ve seen only intermittent reports from a tiny handful of players that they aren’t getting credit for particular WvW dailies. It’s never happened to me or to anyone with whom I play regularly, so I can’t even speculate about whether it’s a bug, the player not doing enough damage to enough guards, or some weird exception that happens with overlapping mechanics.

The closest thing I’ve seen (and it’s not all that similar) is from a while back when people were having trouble getting credit for dailies. Turned out that the dailies appearing on their screen were a day off, due to the player’s Windows system clock being off from the time on ANet’s servers. That’s easy enough to check (Win 7: right-click the system clock, choose “Adjust Date/Time”, and select the ‘Internet Time’ tab to see if it’s syncing with a proper host — for Win8/10, mileage varies).

In your shoes, I’d contact Support and see if they can offer any insight. I’d also use the in-game /bug report tool at the time that it happens, so that ANet’s QA team has some data that they can use to troubleshoot.

tl;dr it’s not a widespread problem, so you’ll have to provide more details to ANet and work with them to diagnose it, let alone fix it.

I have the same problem from time to time and I was in the capture circle when it was going up.
Last time was a few days ago for keep daily. And I have had the issues before.
