hotfix patch didnt fix it for me !

So is this achievement not available for some, or are we missing some weird combo of things you have to do to unlock it? I played WvW for like 6 hours tonight and didn’t “start the season”.

Well, as Chris Barrett wrote, it’s just a hot fix, i.e. they simply removed the locks from the achievements.

No dawn of the season for me either but the rest seem to be ok now, just a bit annoyed that the achievements i should have been awarded for last night are missing.

I still think it’s TOTALLY unfair that I don’t get that “Dawn of the Season” achievement although I was even kicked out of WvW in order for it to be reset and stuff I want it :/

Achievements are unlocked now, the first two still need to be fixed, but you surely know about that. I hope you didn’t have to change 299 files that were updated today to do that fix lol.

I also did not get credit for “Dawn of the Season” despite logging in tonight and playing. The patch did NOT fix this.

hey there, same, patch didnt help, still missing Dawn of the season achi eventhough i played last night, got kicked out of WvW for new match up, and then i didnt manage to get into WvW, but ppl said they did get it anyways, so im wondering if i should’ve got it too or whats up with it. thanks in advance

Don’t have Dawn of the Season, though I’ve started work on getting other achievements. :o

Me too… I can get other achievements, but “Dawn of the season” is still locked.

It’s working for me, however it’s not counting towards to the total for “Premier Season Veteran”. Including Dawn of the Season, i have 3 completed. Yet it says 2/15. We were told that we had 20 achievements in total. I count twenty including Advanced Mists Invasion Defender and Dawn of the Season.

Can this be fixed soonish? I don’t want to do JPs for the achievements needed to get the key i’d rather help out my server by capping or killing.

it didn’t work for me neither, and after 2 hours of wvwvw i didn’t achieve nothing. I still have locked “dawn of the season” and no kills/capture/destruction counted.
Are the achievement atm bugged retroactive?

How come that some people have it?

I too, have the “Dawn of the Season” achievement still locked, but am at least able to get credit for the other achievements. Hopefully this will get fixed but I appreciate the workaround in the meantime.

My Dawn of the Season is still locked, but thankfully the other ones are now free. I suppose that the Dawn of the Season achievement does not count for the meta anyway, right?

i dont care about that xD my OCD is killing me, i need that achievment it still hasnt unlocked for me aswell, devs are working on this?

Same problem for me. Completed 8 achievements of WvW Season 1 and “Dawn of the season” is still uncompleted. Can you please fix it?

One week now.. It can be that hard because it was suppose to work right at the start………..

I am having the same problem. I have sent multiple in game bug reports and contacted support but it has not been fixed yet. :/

This just gets weirder and weirder. My Dawn of the Season achievement is now highlighted in red, as if completed, but it still doesn’t add to the 15 achievements I need to complete the meta achievement (and not sure if it gave achievement points for unlocking it, I think it was 5 earlier, but now says 0).

As you can see in the screenshots below, I have 14 achieved so far, yet it only says 13/15?
