Bug Descirption:
The Dolyak from north-western supply-camp for the bay got stuck at the bay’s northwestern gate and doesn’t respawn at the camp. Even when camp if flipped and taken back, only one Dolyak spawns.
Also, when you are at bay’s nothwestern gate with your character, the Dolyak excort-event pops up in HUD, but there neither is a dolyak nor the icon is shown on the minimap (or world map by pressing ‘M’).
Needless to say, it’s almost impossible to upgrade bay under those conditions -.-

yeah this is becoming more common at many camps sadly… Golanta in EB wasn’t spawning a yak towards the keep…
