I tried searing in the forums and on reddit on this issue but did not find anything. Every time I am in WvW, when I right click on someone in my contacts list or guild panel to invite to party, whisper, send mail, etc. the only thing that shows is “Report”. All the other options are missing.

Friends I play with also reports this same issue. It is very frustrating trying to get a party together since I have to either leave WvW or manually type their name in to invite to my party. All the options show when I’m not in WvW. It only occurs in WvW. I’ve noticed this issue ever since GW2 launched.

This has happened to me alot too and it’s very annoying. It only shows report. I’d like to see that this window would show some more options, such as: Whisper, Invite to party, etc.

This… I know it’s an old post but why aren’t more people complaining about this? It’s so incredibly annoying when you can’t kick an offline party member from the party to invite someone whose online. Or to do anything guild management/sending friends mail related.

Every single time I’m in WvW all I can do is report. I’ve been trying to just deal with it but the more I’ve been playing WvW recently the more annoying it’s becoming. I shouldn’t have to leave WvW just to manage my party or to have to remake a party each time.

Yes, can we please fix this? Not only can you not invite, but you also can’t kick. Party management is impossible in WvW. Is there an ETA on this fix?

I just found out over the past week that whenever someone in our party leaves the game without leaving the party, our leader of the group goes out to the Mists and kicks said character. Once that has been done, she is able to come back into WvWvW and invite a replacement.

I never knew there was a problem before since I rarely play WvWvW, so thought to offer this info in the hope it would help some of you. I do hope Anet fixes all these irritating bugs but there are worst ones in the game that I understand they are working on in priority order…so I am being patient.
