Just now noticing this issue. Do not see that others have reported so I do not know if this is account based or just me.

In reviewing my WvW skill allocation points I noted that 60% of the catagories had been reset. I have enough points to max out them all so in an attempt to reallocate points out I found that I could not do this. (see attachment).

Anyone else having such problems and how do I get Anet to look into this issue?

Have you tried going to the WvW Skill Point re-allocation NPC?
Tried a -repair of the client, in case of corrupted file(s)?
