Hi,

Since the last patch, I noticed that some weird things are happening in WvW atm.
On rare occasions, i see people (including) myself, become defeated instantly. Sometimes without even being in combat.

No, i’m not some noob that doesn’t know what vengeance on a warrior is etc.
Seriously, i was Scouting on Hills in our border – not even in combat with anything – and all of a sudden i’m just defeated ….

Just now it happened again, fighting with a striketeam in EB and all of a sudden I just drop dead defeated. While running around with a zerg i’ve seen other people drop defeated too…

Anyone else experiencing/witnessing this?

Something of very similar happened to me while I was waiting Champion Steam on the top of the reactor (where u fight Fire Elemental), I was sit and suddendly I found myself dead, I couldn’t see anything, only then I realize that the guardian as activate the command to summon the champion, and he killed me (I couldn’t see it until I resurrected); in fact I did not notice anything till I died and see the guardian hitting the air, phearps some enemy killed u in the same way…

You don’t understand: i wasn’t afk or anything… i was just running along the wall of hills and BOOM defeated…. out of nowhere..

Was it after a major fight? or was there no fight at all?

Lag and fell off cliff?

had similar happening few times

instantly dead, not even downed state

would not be much surprised if it was another thing caused by de-sync. You run near edge, you fall down you die(server side) but on your screen you’re 5 units to the right so still on hill… and bOOM dead.
