Walking down stairs in WvWvW after jumping/falling onto them from a small distance will keep taking away HP and eventually you die.
EDIT: this has only happened to me inside keeps and SM CASTLE. not in towers
Not really a WvW thing. It’s an issue with map construction. The area just outside of Scarlet’s lair also has this problem. The top of the tower when it was around also had this problem.
Not sure why the map creators keep making places like that.
