Guild Wars 2

Two definite bugs and one possible one:

• Gathering Iron Ore while in Tornado mode (Elementalist elite) gives Ruined Ore despite using Orichalcum picks. [Did not test with other resource nodes/types.]
• While in queue for WvW, I was in EotM. The EotM match reset and I was kicked out to PvE zone. My position in queue got moved to last [or rather very far back].
• Pulling enemies off the structure walls: they disappeared. First I assumed it may have been a Thief with Descent of Shadows or Last Refuge; however, this happened later to a pulled Guardian and also a Mesmer (separate occasions).

Certain skills can cause you to receive Ruined Mats when harvesting.
