WvW pipe bug

Recently I have changed my server. Due to change, no matter what I do I can not earn any pipe, Can you fix the bug that I am facing?

It is not a bug that is a mechanic made to help slow down people on transferring. You must be on the server for one full match up before you can earn pips again.
