Hello this is a quick report that I wanted to mention about . I don’t know if it is a bug or anything but anyway. So recently I’ve been spending a lot of my time in Edge of the Mist and I was following the “The Ruined city of Arah Reward track” to level up and get some Shards of Zhaitan for the legendary .While I was following the track I finally reach the last chest which was the armor set I choose the light armor and especially the “Mantle of the Lich” . I took the armor and i unlocked the skin then I use the salvage kit to see if i will get some ectos. After that I reset the track to get more shard but sadly I lost the armor set . I tried to search for it in my wardrobe but nothing was there !! So what does causes these things?

If there’s a bug, it’s not with the reward track. You earned the armor box, you chose a skin — everything worked as it’s supposed to.

First, is there any chance you chose a similarly-named, but different skin? Assuming ‘no’, could you show a screenshot of your wardrobe, typing “mantle of the lich” in the filter? Be sure to start from the bank or a crafting station instead from the [h]ero panel.

Alternatively, provide the same details to ANet customer service — if there’s a bug, it seemingly is affecting only you (or at least, too few people to have seen it widely reported). Accordingly, you will need to work with them to resolve it.
