Guild Wars 2

Tonight whenever I try to talk in guild chat it says “You are not in a guild” I am repping and have not been kicked. I left and got reinvited and it’s still not working. I can see the guild roster and those who are in the guild still have gold text above their heads. Yet I cannot see or talk in guild chat.

I get this message when i use “offline” mode in friends list. No idea if this is a bug or a feature.
