You broke my longbow...
it was in the patch notes; that’s a tier 3 cultural weapon skin. sorry
So basically they made an error months ago (possibly since launch) and figured their customers should wear the responsibility for their mistakes? That being the case I’d like a refund on the transmutation stones I purchased. Customers shouldn’t be responsible for mistakes the devs made, that’s pretty poor customers service and isn’t something that’s going to foster anything positive.
Yeah this is bullkitten. Fine trans stones are not easy to come by and I want mine back.

error or not, it was an opportunity to purchase a normally expensive skin for a much lower price and diminished its value. perhaps if you knew it was a cultural tier 3 skin you could have forseen the possibility of it being changed and avoided such anguish?
It’s not the user’s fault. Some people would not have known it was the skin and others, like myself, might have assumed that the T3 were higher because of poor planning thinking that 63k justified the skin AND the rare quality level.
Regardless of what happened, I and several others are out a transmutation stone, most of us out a fine transmutation stone.
It’s just one more reason for me to refuse to buy anymore gems. I want my trans stone back, and I want a way to recover deleted town clothes.
You should see what they did to the pact greatsword…it looks god awful now.

That’s assuming I knew (I didn’t) and given that their mistake seems to have been in since launch there’s really no reason to assume the majority would either. It really just comes across as the devs flipping their finger up at their (paying) customers expecting the customer to wear the responsibility of dev error’s, I’m not OK with that, I either want the skin back or a refund on the stone. Either way I currently don’t feel safe about not being held accountable by errors made by the devs so I don’t believe I’ll be spending any more real world cash.
