Guild Wars 2

I joined a party, left, 10 minutes later I tried joining one for a dungeon and it is not letting me, I literally tried joining the party 12 times so far and at every attempt I get this message can someone explain what am I supposed to do what is this even?

I’ve just had the same problem. I left a party and tried to join another but when I try to join, the “join” button greys out and says you have joined too many parties.
