You have joined too many parties recently
Failed joins locking you out for a long time? Check, I’ve had that happen. The whole LFG GUI will stay greyed-out for minutes when that happens.
Unreasonably long “too many parties” lock-outs after doing nothing to warrant that? Check! It even happened to me after logging on, joining a single party and playing a single fractal without any party-related complications. Upon leaving the party I couldn’t join parties until I logged out and back on with a different character.
The whole situation is not helped by trolls who join and leave immediately (apparently I’m NOT allowed to name these people here, because god forbid the perpetrators are offended in some way).
You’re not allowed to name them because it’s way too easy to stir up a lynch mob and sic it on someone that doesn’t deserve it. We’ve only got your say-so and no idea of mitigating circumstances.

In other words the perpetrators are protected and the victims are punished twice. I’m sorry, but that’s just not good enough.
