Just reporting that this is the 3rd time me and other players crash at Mouth of Mordremoth and come back on a different map with no progress and can’t get back to our original maps.

I know this because I always come back to lots of players complaining on map chat that they had just crashed and now they can’t get back in.

This is unacceptable and I can’t even begin to understand how bad of a job you did at optimizing your game before release.

Please fix this and add a way to reward players that crashed (because your game is badly optimized) should the event is completed.

Sincerely,
A paying customer.

Well are you playing on the old 32 bit client? I know the 64 bit client is really bad if you don’t have like 8gb+ ram on your computer but atleast for me it does reduce the ammount of crashes by alot. Also the 64 client is beta i know but game using 5.2gb of ram then there must be some sort of problem in it.

It happens a lot and they still do not have a fix for the mac client as well. If they are going to offer the client they really need to make sure it works. It took them a week before the mac users could even use the guild hall interfaces. As a guild elder that was a huge problem. Now there are even more crashes with todays update. They really need a fix before introducing more content which will cause more problems.
