Any chance you could fix the random jump height of wind aspect and random distance of lightning aspect before you return the sanctum next year?

If you can read this then it is proof that ArenaNet’s moderators just, kind and fair.

1. Varying jump heights usually depend on two things: whether you are currently in combat or not (will affect how far you can move forward/sideways/backwards), and whether or not you have a speed boost. The latter is extremely easy to see in action if you have the Charged Crystal boost on you and use the Wind skill. You will jump higher and farther with it on than if you don’t. (You can use this to your advantage in getting some of the more tricky crystals for the scavenger hunt, by the way!)

2. Lightning Pull overshooting or undershooting is a lag issue. The script to stop your motion in mid-air is firing a split second later than it should be, with the result that your client reports you’re further ahead than where the devs thought you would be when you stop moving forward, causing you to fall over the edge.

You can address this somewhat by only making the jumps when there’s few players around, but I agree it’s extremely annoying. Hopefully for the next return of the Bazaar, it gets the same treatment as what SAB World 2 did (where the flowers always shot you to a predetermined location, regardless of your ping.)
