I wanted to show a returning friend the Zephyr Sanctum model from the event last year. When I got it out of my bank and tried to activated the cinematic, it did not work. I tried several more times after restarting the client and still it will not work.

Which map were you in when you tried to activate it? It only works in city maps.

It should still work normally, but only within a city as Khisanth already mentioned. I used mine yesterday at the Dead End bar in Divinity’s Reach.

FYI, the reason it only works in cities is because you go invulnerable during cinematics and they didn’t want it to be abusable during combat situations.
