There is nothing in the tooltip or wiki on these, but they don’t seem to be stacking together as they suggest.

Endurance regeneration is capped at 100%. Vigor alone will put you at the cap already so those other traits aren’t going to do anything for you.

That is exactly what I was afraid of. Why does Ele have 3 freaking end regen abilities (2 in one line) again? Class is so badly designed.

I like the flexibility they offer but obviously it is sacrificing two traits that could be doing something else instead which is not so great. Vigorous Scepter also seems extremely weak for a 20 point trait considering the fact that the equivalent ranger traits only cost 5 and it doesn’t event have a weapon restriction.
