After the completion of the Arah dungeon part of the final personal story mission, the series of personal story cutscenes has Zojja floating. I grabbed screenshots of two of the lines she was floating during it.
The conversation takes place after returning to Fort Trinity and gathering with Destiny’s Edge.
I have only seen this occur in this scene. I was playing as a female sylvari at the time.
