I have the same problem. Some people got through it, some others didn’t. I posted in another thread as well. Hopefully someone will reply.
I got on the ark, placed the ghostfire charges in the hold, escaped from the ark, got to the are’s highest point, but no custscene triggers and I’m blocked from proceeding. All the NPCs are alive and with me by the way.

Are you sure you’re at the highest point? The “highest point” requires you to climb several sets of stairs in the ark, I’ve had other bug reports from players who were still on the main deck and didn’t realize the the marked location was ABOVE them.
Still seems to be bugged. tried it twice, and can’t get more then two bombs before you can’t talk to him again…. Please Fix
