JUST bought this game after quitting wow, cannot even progress past the game’s FIRST tutorial quest as norn, stuck at the gate, after much searching online, seems to be a bug for YEARS and only “solution” is to guest, well i’ve waited at the gate and i’ve guested multiple realms and many times, only to resolve nothing, absolutely amazing. how do i get a refund, not even 1 hour and game is unplayable with year old bug refusing to be fixed.

i know wow has its own problems at least their game works.

whatever i found the refund page and submitted request, this is done less than 1 hour after original purchase, lets see how long they gona take to give me my money back.

That’s sad you have stumbled across a bug just in your first hours of gaming. The game is great past that part and there are a lot more to see than what you have got so far. But well, I understand your feeling however if I could suggest something I would tell you to give it one more try by making another char from another race. There would be a very minor chance that you come across another bug like that once again.
