anough points but no chest?
I also have the same problem, over 9k achieve pts and only one chest received

From the update notes:
“The rewards are retroactive for all achievement points earned prior to this update. Backlogged rewards will be given out once per day until the backlog is completed.”
The chests will unlock one at a time until you’re caught up.
You can only receive one chest per day. You’ll get your next chest (1000 points) after reset.

You can only obtain 1 chest a day, until your points have caught up with your total amount of achievement points. This also shows in the interface if you hover your mouse over the next chest.

Actually I got both today…
But no perm boost… just a laurel and 1g.
Odd that you got both. They are only supposed to be giving out one chest per day until you catch up, and I haven’t heard of anyone else getting more than one. How weird.
1 was in my invent (containing boosters etc) and 1 popped up in bottom right (1 laurel and 1g)
edit: by boosters I mean a karma booster, a mf booster, and an xp booster… all consumables not perm 1% to account or whatever…
