have a oxbow aquabreather with a superior rune of power worth nearly14gold but the black lion salvage kit wont remove it any ideas anyone before i scrap it or is it a bug?
any help would be appreciated

Every Aqua Breather, including that one, is Soul Bound and unsalvageable. You could use an Upgrade Extractor, I suppose, but it’s probably not worth it.

(EDIT: Also, it’s a Karma item, iirc, which you can’t salvage anyway.)
