Provisions Master “Learn to automatically pick up loot from fallen foes” is not working for me at all. The loot bags still stay on the ground and I have to go near and press f to pick them up

Have you spent at least 20 points in it? You need to have spent a total of 20 rank points in Provisions Master to get it to rank 4 to have auto-loot unlocked. You get 1 point to spend each time your increase your WvW rank, so that’s 20 rank ups. (At the time of writing, I still need to gain 2 ranks to unlock auto-loot myself, so I can’t say at this time if it’s working or not.)
