On my first char I have 7 bags slots unlocked on my 2nd one I only have 5 from my understanding when you buy the expansions there are account bound so al my avatars should have 7 bag slots avail

Unfortunately you have misunderstood. When you buy a bag expansion slot for a character it will only unlock on that particular character.

You misunderstood something. When you are buying the slot, it does not say anywhere that it will be account wide. It actually says that you are buying the bag slot for the character you are on right there.

Yes, Misunderstanding is in place. OP refers to Gemshop Token, that IS account bound, but the actual bag slot expansion is indeed per character.
