banners are bugged, some are perma banners and are there for days on the same IP, others don’t last 2 minutes, especially if you swap toons to try and get the banner boost and it is gone, and I checked it was the same IP

I believe that guild booster banners vanish if the player leaves the zone, or relogs. It’s not clear if this is intended or not, but it’s certainly “well known” on the forums.

You could be hitting this.

It seems more likely that you’re just not there when someone puts a new banner down. Since that’s a very popular logging spot, it’s a popular place to drop gathering banners.

As for the note about banners vanishing if a player leaves the zone, that’s a bug that many people have been experiencing for a couple of months now; it’s not intended behavior, but it does happen lately.
