A few days ago I bought the gem store BAZAAR QUAGGAN MINIPACK. To day i have no gems and no minipack

The other day when you bought the minipack, did you actually receive it in your mailbox?

One thing to check is to make sure you do not have too many messages in your mailbox, which has a maximum of 10 as the limit. New messages, even those containing Gem Store purchases, will not be delivered to you until you delete a few of the messages in your mailbox so it can then be delivered.

Does deleting some old messages from your mailbox allow your minis to be delivered?
