so glider scout npc at brink doesn’t give me the skin?
im talking with te sylvari at the beginning of the map but he doesnt do anything. just says oh no pale tree!
i don’t know if its not him who i am supposed to talk to?

i tried unequipping and equipping and it doesn’t work. somebody can help me pls?

When you talk to the guy you need to have the wings on (and maybe visible).

By now you probably figured this out. But, once you have the wings on talk to the npc. Then open your “Hero” panel > Glider Skins. And, right above the “Collections” there will be the wings to apply as a skin.
I had the same problem.
