I have killed over 1000 of these mobs during the shatterer event, I have done upwards of more than 16~ to about 20 shatterer events.

and my counter is at 189/250(out of 500 total)

I kill mobs from full hp to 0 hp with the final blow on and counter has a rng factor of 80% of registering a kill or not.

May we please get a fix for this? I am getting frustrated with this endless RNG grind.

A good number of the mobs that spawn during large events do not count as individual XP. The kills and damage you do is counted towards the event completion XP.

Slayer achievements only advance on creature kills that award XP.

I just did event and focused if they gave EXP or not.

I killed about 100 of these mobs and only 17 counted.

I killed these npcs 100 health to 0 and looked if they gave EXP. They did give EXP and yet not counted toward the achivement

There was a post from Reddit about this. Only 1 mob type counts. They are looking into it. I can’t remember the name of the mob but if you look up the Reddit thread in the general discussion forum it’s in there. But that’s the only one worth killing ATM

Every mob over there give exps BUT the kills towards the branded killer counts ONLY if you deliver the killing blow to it. It works like the weapon master achievement atm, dunno if its intended…

It’s not always true. The whole system is buggy TBH.

For instance: ranger spirits (including your own) progress the plant slayer achievement when they die.
