i can’t see the message that me and other players write in the chat, so i can’t communicate with the others players.
how can i resolve this problem?

In your chat tab click the down arrow next to it and check off the channels you wish to see. Note you can use this to set up different tabs that filter out certain channels for when you’re doing different activities.
