Its not invulterable.. you just dont hit and realize, boss is 95%
… Why is he 95% ???
Suddenly you see accident bleeding from your crit.

confirmed. cant do cheevos because i cant damage the dragon. id need a reroll and total new set of gear. second living story with blocked progress. this patch sucks hard

Confirmed. Cannot hit the dragon’s head when inside the ring of fire in phase 3 with my guardian. I’ve tried melee and ranged (staff). No single hit landed.

My wrist hurts from trying this boss over and over… I tried standing inside of him, by his side, moving, jumping, aoe skills, single target, switching weapons; I ran around arena trying to see if I maybe need to pick up divine fire, but it wasn’t there, and the boss stays at 100% health
