to get to the vista i need to finish the event but it is stuck and i can’t finish it.

Ah…the infamous Cowpult issue. This has been a problem for a long time now. It gets fixed then breaks again. I think I was able to finally interact with the equipment on the far side from the npc. Right click and get a pop up box offering options. I was able to interact with the cowpult directly and get thrown to the vista.

This has to be most problematic in the area.
