Guild Wars 2

I have appropriate rank/permissions to activate built upgrades and plenty of empty bag slots but the “activate” button next to our guild cats is grayed out for me and a fellow officer of appropriate rank.

You can only activate one guild catapult at a time; cool-down is 10 minutes. Could that be it?

Nope. I knew about the cooldown and haven’t been able to pull any out. The guild leader even reset permissions on my rank and it’s still not working.

you need to be in a wvw map to pull them out
