have posted it in the fixed thread but looks like no one really looks there anymore.
today i have started to play again after a very long time. i got a bunch of stuff including gifts for my birthdays. one of them was an armor which i did select. now my character wears it but i cannot revert back to my previous armor. its not in the hero section when i click on the chest icon. the funny thing is; wile playing, she wears the new armor, but in the hero screen, she wears my original armor.
so i have decided to buy one but even when i select it, she is still not wearing it and my entire character is gone from the hero section.
Sounds like you’re wearing the Royal Guard outfit, which was given to veteran players last year. Go to Outfits in the Hero panel, and untick the outfit, and your armour should reappear.

thats the one, yes. i did that but then my character was topless. i try to upload a pic if it helps. at the moments its doing an update which i like to finish off first.
thats how it looks. also i am not even able to change the colour of my armor. i used to have as red as the pants.
ingame i have this armor on but in the menu i have my old one on. and now all of a sudden i have to pay to switch clothing? that wasnt requested the last time i have played.
i did figure out that i can right click on the armor, for some reason i have 2, the one you see in the pic, and then the one i actually had on before i got this new armor. i also unequipped it that my character was topless in the menu, but in the game she was still wearing this new armor.
Select equipment to change armors, select Wardrobe to change skins, select dyes to change colors, untick the very top box above armors to de-select Outfits. Changing any skins (except Outfits) requires Transmutation Charges (save those few free-to-apply skins).
i have managed it. now i got my red coat again. thanks for the assistance guys. have to get used to all of this again since i havent played it for a long time.
