Guild Wars 2

Im in US blackgate and cant see any guild members online and cant access our guild bank. Is anyone else having this problem? Also i made a new guild a couple of days ago and now i cant take out my stuff or deposit anything

i tried it but i cant take stuff out from the bank. on both my guilds.

I have the same issue. There are two or three threads about it in the game bugs subforum.

Yes same problem for Clan Dulo [Clan] on Ring of Fire. We had 3 members and Deep Cave unlocked. Now I can’t see my friend who’s the guild leader and can’t invite him back because for some reason I don’t have officer or any privileges. Guild upgrades have reset for some reason. I can’t withdraw from the guild bank.

All the work invested in the guild since launch just went poof out of existence.

Aye, just logged in and checked. I see nothing but the guild name on my guild tab so looks like there are some guild specific issues out there.

i know we where saving up to buy influence and our stash full of rares but now i cant take anything out. might as well screen shot it for proof

Have you submitted a Customer Support ticket with this issue? Not much we can do from the forums. Only CS would be able to help you. Good luck. =)

I just logged in and I noticed my guild is empty, no upgrades, no influence and no members, I hope this is just a bug ; /

I guess its people with EU accounts that switched to US servers. But this should be a bug because I payed real money to transfer from EU to US.

Nope, I am on an EU account and on the same server I have been on since release (Underworld (EU))

oh so its just EU accounts then. My bro is also playing but in a US account and theres no problem.

I’m in EU account and have same problem. No guild upgrades, no guild bank, and no guild influence. It’s as if if it’s a brand new guild only I set it up when GW2 first released.

There is a thread on it somewhere, its a glitch and they are working on it.
