Guild Wars 2

i was playing gw2 a couple of days ago in queensdale and i went to go get the champion oakheart, when my computer froze. now, when i start gw2 i get all the way to character selection when i hit play. then the circle goes round a few times and gw2 freezes and gives me the option to send Anet and error report. this happened 2 days ago and i haven’t been able to play since. any ideas?

so i fixed it by deleting the .dat file but now its happening again, except this time its after i hit play on the launcher. any ideas? i tried the -repair thing also. no success. any help?

any have any ideas on how to fix this? when i press play on the launcher it expands like its gna turn into gw2 but then it just minimizes and the process is still running but its not working right, obviously. its been over 2 weeks -.-

After deleting the .dat file, have you redownloaded the entire game again? Also you could try the -image command, maybe that helps.

i uninstalled and reinstalled gw2. any ideas? the same thing happens when i press play on the launcher- the screen just minimizes like its not even running but the process is still going. any ideas? and the -image command didnt work

Read the submitting a ticket sticky under the tech support sub forum and do so, then post your success here and how you fixed it

Get help from someone who can look at your log files and find out what specifically is broken so they can tell you how to fix it.
