Guild Wars 2

I hav two asura characters, but once they get in Rata Sum , my gw2 cliet crash. Then i cant log in these two characters.

But the other characters are ok.

At the character choose menu, these two characters` map complete are both 0%.

btw, i`m downloading the client again…
