What is going on….I finally get back into the game after multiple client losses connectivity issues and my character is sliding horizontally along the ground. Can’t stay upright.

What is causing this? Also why is there such a bad lag between key presses and skill firing off?

Dodge or use any kind of movement skill to fix the laying flat thing. As for any skill lag, 9 times out of 10 that’ll be caused by something on the user end and not Anet’s end.

I tried dodge and other movement skills, but nothing worked. As for the lag, I don’t have that in any other game I play

Up until today I did not have it in GW2 either, but it appears I cannot even stay connected, let alone run the game without lag between key presses and skills going off.

So it would be nice if a technician from Anet would pop in here and provide me some feedback. I get a lot of folks saying its my system, my internet, etc., but when it is finally investigated, its not.

Me too. I’ve not been able to log into the game at all since this started happening this afternoon. I’ve been playing GW2 for some time and never had this much trouble.

Tonight I was able to do a raid in Rift with no issues at all, so I cannot understand why GW2 is being a PITA.
