please give me back my hall of monuments achievements and titles.

i have 31/50 hom points

this is unacceptable.

There’s a bug that pops up occasionally for reasons no one has been able to replicate (making it hard to permanently fix).

However, it can be fixed by the following:

• Wait; fixes itself eventually.
• Close GW2 and restart it; fixes it often although not always.
• Close GW2 and launch GW1. Start at least one character. (Optional: enter the HoM in EotN, but not sure that matters.) Close GW1. Launch GW2 — I’ve yet to hear of this not fixing it.

Also, please use the in-game /bug reporting tool. That provides more details to ANet about when/where it happened, that might help them figure out the root cause.

also, i received an in game message saying that i wrongly received the gods walking amongst mere mortals title blah blah blah etc.

however, i never had that title.

just 31/50 hom points, so only up to the “closer to the stars” title.
