Hi,
Chilled
Movement speed decreased by 66%; skill cooldown increased by 66%; stacks duration.
So, after some testing, it’s obvious that (at least in spvp / tpvp) the CHILLED condition is totally bugged.
It slows the target for -66% movespeed oki so far.
However the 2nd part, namely increasing by 66% skill cooldowns doesn’t work whatsoever.
It doesn’t work when
- chill is applied before skill usage, such as the healing skill more specifically, and other warrior skills (yea I tested it with a warrior)
- no effect if I chill target when he uses a skill, be it a skill with incantation time like the healing signets or channeled skills like hundred blades
- no effect on reload of skills which are already on cooldown when chill is applied to target.
So yea, this is borderline gamebreaking to be honest.
