hello.

why are conditions can be only applied if 1s-2s-3s-4s-5s?

why not “tune” the thing that if its 1,5s becomes 1s if its 2,75s becomes 2s ok fine that
but if its 0,75s doesnt get to 0s, but 1s.
otherwise its a skill “wasted” and not useful AT ALL!

set a minimum time to conditions to 1s of every kind.

example? fear condition that necro applies from marks (this not considering +x% food duration or similar stuff) and other tons of skill that apply conditions.

just put a -20% rune on a player – and its 0,8s – so goes to 0s

useless then having a fear!!!!

Conditions which inflict damage over time (bleeding, burning, torment and poison) deal damage each full second and a fractional damage either at the beginning or end of their duration. Thus, if a skill that inflicts poison with a duration of 6 seconds has its duration increased to 6.9 seconds through traits, it will show 7s in its tooltips, but will actually only deal full damage 6 times, the remaining duration will deal a fractional damage.

that tooltips arent ehm helping much, thats sure

but never noticed that in the fractional time they will deal a fractional damage.

but how would work on imobilize or fear? if it lasts less than 1s? wont be applied?
or for 0,55s?

to be honest have some doubts if some conditions lasts less than 1s

but not so sure
