I bought a consortium harvest sickle when they were first introduced. The new ones are account bound will you be making the ones that are soul bound to account bound?

They were already changed to account bound quite some time ago.

IIRC you have to unequip it then speak to a black lion weapon trader, that will convert it for you.

There is an npc you can go to to have them adjusted from soul bound to account bound.

Black Lion Weapons Specialist.

The item must be unequipped before you talk to them or you do not get the option.
