Guild Wars 2

So when I was deleting my characters to restart, I accidently deleted my guardian which had his Celebration hat on. http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Celebration_Hat

My question is: Is there any way to get these costumes back, and or is it a bug that I can’t get it back. ( Or maybe it’s just not possible. )

PS. It’s the same with dyes. I deleted characters before they introduced the dye merge, so I lost some dyes. Since this system wasn’t introduced when I deleted the character, I should just leave it and not kitten about it. But if there is any way of getting them back ( The hat would be bloody amazing ) then please let me know.

Would also like to add that this item ( and character ) was deleted years ago. Months after the games release most likely.

For costumes you’ll have to contact support. I was able to get my celebration hat back this way as they could see in the records that I had purchased one from the gemstore at that time, but when the wardrobe came along it was no where to be found for me.

For dyes however you’ll just have to deal with the lost dyes because there is likely no way to tell what dyes you had.

Submit a ticket and give them the info on your missing hat and hopefully they’ll give you a replacement like they did for me.
