created item cannot be traded

i created exotic armor and it says soulbound on use but I cannot sell at trade house or send it via mail, I can only equip/preview/destroy it. What should I do ???

Is it in an invisible bag? Or did you add an upgrade to it?

It is in oiled bag, I put it in starter bag and nothing hepled. I put an upgrade to him but it still says soulbound on use not soulbound like other stuff on me

Applying any upgrade to an item will soulbind it to you. (There’s a warning when you apply the upgrade.) The display isn’t updating correctly, though.
