I completed my daily today and at the same time completed monthly, which was nice and all, but I was only awarded a chest for completing the daily. I never received the chest for the monthly. I hope someone at arenanet can help me and close this bug for other people. It would be a shame if it happened to other people.

I hope to hear from a support technician soon.

Yes exactly. I’m bringing this up as I hope noone else experiences this. Either I would love a fix or that arenanet at least going foreward doesn’t include dailies in the monthly achievement.

I just figured out the problem and it is not on Arenanets shoulders. I had forgotten i did my last jp yesterday right before i logged off and completed the monthly then, totally forgot. so today when i completed the daily i got a monthly notification as well. It was the 5th part of the montly not the fourth.

Sorry all for the misleading post I hope anet can remove this post as to not create any more confusion.

I completed my daily and monthly at the same time and there were 2 seperate chest icons to claim reward. So yeah, I confirm that it is working normally as well.
