Guild Wars 2

I completed the renown heart once and it just repeated, the next step didn’t happen, gate wouldn’t open.

Anyone get that?

Similar problem here, except my heart progress reset at about 75% in. Went back to 0%, and now with all the fires out and all the villagers rezzed, I see no further way to progress the heart. Am stuck at about 50%.

My heart progress is stopped at 90%. Nothing left to do. All fires out and villagers healed. Just riding around the outpost, bored.

Edit: I quit the demo. May try again tomorrow.

I had the same issue as Gonggil. My heart reset. So I decided to make a new character but now it says to me Your demo character is currently unavailable because there are no Guild Wars 2: Path of Fire expansion demo events in progress. I can’t play the demo anymore

This is just a guess, but you all seem to have posted this near the daily reset time. Maybe that broke your heart?

Seems like reset broke my progress. I had gone over the entire map gotten 3 mastery points, several hearts, lots of POIs, several views prior to reset. I had logged out to take a break and eat before logging back in for the dailies after reset. When I logged back in loading screen shows my progress for the demo but once in the map only the views and the wp show as being done. My CD mastery is locked and the points are all gone as well as any of the hearts I had done. My mount is gone with no way to get it back.

I will wait till tomorrow to use the other demo character slot because I am afraid the same will happen again without a fix.

LadySuccubus, good eye. I did start the demo right before daily reset, so that must be what happened. Exited the map bounds to end up in the regular map, then just went back to my quest point and did the whole thing over, no further problems.

Could be a large annoyance down the road, though, hope they get the reset on story hearts settled down before launch!
