The skill challenge in Dissun’s Mine is bugged. The NPC is invisible; the challenge begins as soon as anyone enters the area but the suit is not there either.

yeah, this is bugged for me as well. In the zone, there is no NPC whatsoever when I got there. waited around 10 minutes, still no NPC.

This skill point is broken again.

Not that it’s a surprise; there are dozens of skill points broken and for some reason ArenaNet can’t figure out how to put an automatic reset timer on their skill point NPCs.
